Role Overview:
As an Insurance Specialist, you'll be assisting our current clients, ensuring their needs are met, and upholding the Brabo standard of excellence.
We are growing the division quickly mostly through commercial lines with leads generated by our sales team.

Qualifications:
Strong communication abilities.
At least three years of experience in Commercial Lines.
An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with insurance management and rating software, including Microsoft Office suite.
Prior experience with the Applied Epic system is advantageous.
Knowledge of Personal Lines will be considered a plus.
Primary Duties:
Facilitate sales and provide top-notch service for commercial lines insurance policies.
Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
Offer expert advice to clients regarding coverage nuances, recommend suitable changes, and oversee policy modifications.
Enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding.
Diligently maintain and update client accounts in our automation system, ensuring all interactions are documented.
