Requirements:
Must have a POSITIVE Mental Attitude Must be Comfortable Public Speaking Ability to memorize a Script and Rebuttals Ability to work well with others (team environment) Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times Must be trainable, coachable and willing to Learn, Teach and Grow
Benefits:
Base Salary Plus Weekly Commissions Earned.
Commissions are earned based on the number of appointments scheduled, number of utility bills collected and through monthly standings.
Average Representatives are making $800-$1000 per week, while top producers are earning up to $2,000 per week! Medical, Dental and Vision offered after 60 days.
PTO and Sick Time Available.
Responsibilities:
Report to the Office at beginning of your shift for Daily Huddle Up (Brief Sales Training, Review Previous Days Numbers and Set Daily Goals).
Report to assigned turf with your Team Leader and Team (transportation provided from the Office).
Canvass neighborhoods and proactively knock 100
doors per day and track your production via Spotio App.
Act as the first point of Contact for homeowners who are interested in receiving a FREE SAVINGS REPORT with one of our Solar Consultants Coordinate with our scheduling department the appropriate time and date the for revisit to the home.
Provide daily feedback to Team Leaders and Management for the betterment of the department.
