WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Understand our guest obsessed culture and come into every shift willing to do whatever it takes to create a memorable and positive guest experience.
Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all questions menu, service and history related.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each seat regularly and anticipating guest needs.
Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues plus one to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Be organized and maintain a clean area.
